For Schools Interested in Participating

Sponsor A Brain works with schools by invitation or by request. If your school hasn’t been contacted yet, you can still get started right away.

You have two options:

  • Submit your school for review using the button in the top right, or

  • Complete onboarding now by watching the short video on this page and finishing the onboarding form in one step.

The onboarding process covers program overview, approvals, and logistics. Once submitted, our team reviews everything and follows up directly to confirm next steps.

There’s no obligation to move forward – this simply puts your school on our radar and starts the conversation.

A Quick Note on Timing: Most schools choose to complete onboarding first. It only takes a few minutes and allows us to review your school immediately.

Pre-Approved Intercom Moments

To make things easy for schools, all Sponsor A Brain intercom announcements are pre-written, pre-approved, and recorded in advance.

This short audio compilation lets you hear exactly what will be shared with students during the campaign window. Nothing is added, improvised, or changed without school approval.

What Happens After Onboarding?

Once onboarding is complete, our team coordinates directly with your school and PTA to finalize dates, prepare materials, and handle execution. There’s nothing additional you need to set up. We’ll confirm logistics, provide reminders as needed, and make sure everything runs smoothly during the campaign window.

A Quick Note on Scope: This onboarding covers program approval, coordination, and execution logistics only. Participation by staff and students is always voluntary, and all activities follow school guidelines and approvals. You’ll be able to review and confirm details as part of onboarding.
